What's for Supper...

 Mexican Fiesta Wing Spice Blend
2T. Cumin
2T. Paprika
1T. Ground Coriander
½ T. Garlic Powder
1/4 T. Salt
1/8 T. Black Pepper

Toss in large bowl to coat Wings and bake.
Oh...Yum!


Festive Sweet Corn
I chop & dice onions, bell pepper, zucchini & minced garlic.
Saute onions & garlic in butter then add zucc & pepper. Continue to saute for a couple minutes
before adding frozen sweet corn. Salt & pepper & Toss & heat but DO NOT over cook.
Spanish Rice
Saute onions & garlic in olive oil. Dice tomatoes & set aside.
(1 cup rice to 1 1/2 cups chicken broth)
drain juice off cookie sheets and use canned broth to make up the difference
add your rice and brown carefully. Add tomatoes & broth. Bring to boil, turn down to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Fresh cut fruit for Dessert
